    Hi guys I'm looking for the torque sequence and specs to reinstalled by exhaust manifold and riser on my 1987 mercusier 165 4 cylinder, Can anyone help with this ? Thanks Much

    Coolant leak in a 165 merc

    I have in my 165 mecuiser 4 cylinder engine, so far I have checked all the hoses and had both the exhaust manifold and resisvor pressure tested for leaks and everything is fine. Could there possibly be a leak in the heat exchanger that is causing me to loose coolant or what could it be ?

    Anti-freeze leak

    Last year I an engine leak on my 165 Mercuriser engine and had the impeller and gaskets changed. After being i nthe water for 2 months it is now leaking again from the weep hole. Could this be different problem.:(
