    Mine is a 22' Im wondering if the gunwale's actually got taller or just the height of the stringers were used to fit the tank in the floor.

    Adam, I’m currently working on my 83’ Islander, converting the I/O to an outboard with the intentions of installing a 250 Merc. I’m running a full length bracket as well. How has your additional bracing for the transom and stringers held up? Any issues or things you may have done differently?
