    Racerone Much appreciated shifts as it should now. We just got a new lower unit. Wouldn't have found the ball bearing without removing the powerhead.

    When a boat huts a rock up here its usually the Canadian shield. lol I haven't seen a ball bearing in the service manual but I haven't really read up on it. Thanks
