I have a 86 Skeeter Bass Boat sf175d it had a metalflake finish when it was new the pervious owner kept it out side and uncovered so now the finish on it is so bad that you can feel the metalflake with your hand.
My question is how can the finish be put back on, would it need to be regelcoated...
