I just aquired this boat today and the transom is rotted so the whole thing needs replacing. There are two braces holding the transom. There are no sheers or chines - the sides of the boat is just fiberglass.
So once I cut out the transom, are the two braces and fiberglassing it to the sides...

The model on my Johnson 25 2 stroke is J25RLC0S. My neighbor says he thinks its a 95 model. As far as the gas oil ratio, everyone says 50:1 on this site for this year, etc. But I have a decal that says 100:1 on my motor right next to the fuel connector.
