I found an ad for a mid 70's model Evinrude 9.5 motor with a tiller handle. The guy says the motor runs fine he just switched it out on his boat for a go-devil motor. It does not have a gas tank or fuel line, but I have one off another 9.5 Johnson that would fit it. The price is $350, I know...
