Just pulled the boat out of winter storage and noticed a white film on the engine.
I think it's condensation mixed with oil. Am I right? Is it normal?
I recall there was a bit of oil on the engine last year.
What is the best way to remove it and protect the engine?

I just had the oil changed at the end of July this year.
Since then I've only put approx. 7-10 hours on the engine.
It's a 1997 merc 3.0LX 135 HP I/O.
Should I change the oil now or in the spring before the first run?
