my 130 mercruiser runs great from 3000 rpm and lower but acts like its running out of gas beyond that. keep getting rusty crud in copper filter on carb. have installed fuel water seperator also .could the pick up screen be getting clogged under high rpm because the fuel pump is sucking harder...
