    The motor fires right up, idles great, when I take off I cant get everything out of the motor, usually about 4000 rpm, and periodically after it is trimmed up alot, it will go full throttle, but not often.     The boat will start if you jump across the cyloniod and some of the time the cylonoid will kick the starter over. if you run from the hot wire to the key post and turn the key it will kick the starter up a little but not enough to hit the flywheel.
