    yeah, but 5 years and it's better than a original one. My concerns still not about price but water flow, gas flow, too cold water that can cause engine below 90C. I resolved to buy and test witha thermal camera, but need some reference from one with Mercury original.

    I understand, 20 years in boats, never make sudden stops, you need to decrease slowly and then stop, otherwise pocket $$$$ will sufer.

    Original engine was mounted with the 3" risers, I understand is a good thing in having more water in the manifolds, so colder temps.

    Explaining Black ones are finished units, Inside 1 picture is the middle man, after assembled will look like Internal3 and then they weld I will visit in person this company to learn more, still not a believer on the ideia.

    showing internal components, as I understand water flow maybe a problem, turns and etc, inside everything is not rounded, as I think the cast iron version. Anyone already splitted an old manifold to see inside?

    yeah, carbon steel, welded, in the commercial engines in Rio de Janeiro, the guy is some of artist and made a lot of sales, but I still not "buying" his ideia, in my opinion welded x cast iron, cast iron wins for sure, but I decided to learn more about his project.

    When you say made wrong, things like small water passage, bad water flow, thin iron wall? I asked for the manufacturer internal pictures, but here in BR prices are absurd for GLM, Sierra or Mercury, around USD 4.000,00 a pair of Manifold, Risers and Elbows. The OEM piece US$ 1.300 a pair.
