    My fuel pump

    I have a 6hp sea horse. I have a problem with mine, it would'nt start when I first bought it because the black cog was worn out. I replaced the cog to find that the engine woundn't start when it did it would run for a couple of minutes and then die. The guy I bought it off hadn't got a water...
