I have a new 40# Power Drive bow mount. Took the gear box apart to grease cause it was louder than I thought it should be when pivoting. Having trouble getting the box back together. I have the gears in their proper positions, but can't figure out how to close it up, must be some trick. Help!!!
I would like to find a jet outboard that the lower unit can be "easily" converted to prop in the 60 hp range. I want 60 hp with the prop and 45 will do for the jet so a 60 hp motor will do. Any experience with this one? I see Yamaha and Honda only offer 40 or 80's.
