    Swap Question?

    I just bought a very nice boat with a POS blown up 470 mercruiser. My question is how hard would it be to swap in a merc 140. I have a complete boat with the 140 so i have all the parts to do it. Or would it be easier to just fix the 470 and do the charging system upgrade.
