I have a 2003 Suzuki 140 4-stroke outboard on a 19' skiff. Occasionally when I'm running above 4500 rpms, my engine will quit without warning. The alarm goes off and I'll pull it back to idle and it just quits. I wait a few minutes and it starts right up again and continues like nothing ever...
