    It is a heavier 16 ft (100 gage aluminum). Weight is same as it was a month ago when it was running perfectly. The trim/tilt on this unit has only one piston. The tilt function works perfectly. Is it possible that the trim function can fail under load but the tilt work as normal.

    If I disconnect battery from boat, I no longer get continuity between tan/blue or purple wire and the hull of the boat but I still get continuity between the two wires.
