Im not quite sure why or how but I have concluded I cannot find the issue.... I have a 1968 Mercruiser 160 and rebuilt the motor last year..... I had it out one day at 4500 rpm for WOT and the next day I got 3500 WOT.... I have checked and replaced all fuel related items, checked compression...
