    2000 J40jplsia Ran fine all morning on long run back to ramp started surging. 4100 to 5000 rpm at wot. Have replaced spark plugs, fuel lines including filter, squeeze bulb and anti siphon. Cleaned carbs.

    I have no spark on bottom coil on 2000 Johnson 60 hp. I Swapped the coil with another and the no spark stayed on bottom coil. What/how should I check now.

    VRO O-ring?

    I took the fuel pump out to inspect due to some running issues and a small (maybe 1/4 inch) rubber o-ring fell out and I cannot find it in any of the parts diagrams. I believe it came from the side with the spring but I am unsure. Does anyone know where this o-ring is supposed to go? Not sure...

    Minn Kota 65 runs backward

    Motor runs backward, I changed polarity of the feed wires then it would not turn. I have found through a search that I may need to switch polarity at the circuit board. Can anyone tell me which two wires to swap?
