    I have an 82 Johnson J-35 ELCND outboard that has very few hours on it and hasn't been run for a few years. It starts and runs but the idle and higher RPM is very erratic, won't maintain speed and seems to miss and load a cylinder then it fires hard. I can't get it up to high RPM as it cuts...
