Found what looks like a set screw so I backed it off a little. The handle does move easier. The only issue, I guess, will be if the handl moves while underway. Yup, bringing the tools to tighten it if needed....
I'll have to check the rpms when out on the lake. Around the docks it's all eyes and hands at the ready. I'm thinking it doesn't increase rpm. I believe it's just the dual props moving so much water. But, I'll check for sure.
