I have a 18ft 1997 Four Winns with a 4.3 volvo penta. Boat was running great all summer. I replaced the fuel/water separator and now the fuel pump is not running. I have filled the filter with fuel and siphoned some fuel through the fuel system in an attempt to prime the system. I am thinking...
