I have a 115 johnson ocean pro that was purschased new in 1998, I have never had any trouble untill today. When you try to get on plane it misses and skips, cranks up and idles great, at low speed it runs fine. Also the tach quit working. Plugs are new, no water in fuel. It just runs terrible...
