I am working on a friends MERCURY 115 that runs and idles poorly.<br /> The engine has a hard time building revs and at <br />times dies at speed.<br />After 600 dollars at the local dealer the engine<br />still runs the same.<br />My question , is the engine supposed to idle on<br />2 cylinders...
