thaks to all for the help with my intake and carb issues.. but now i need to ask another question.... after removal of my sun deck so i could fit down inside (yes im a big guy) to change my intake and carb, oh and not to mention the new starter that the so called mechanic replaced a year ago...
after years of issues with the stock 2 bbl carb on a merc 5.7. im curious if i should replace/rebuild with stock or it would pay to replace it with something a little bigger? I know Holley produces a 300 and 500 cfm carb. and was thinking of going that way? Just wanted to know if anyone knows if...
