I have a 1967 FD-21R (20 HP) motor on a 14 foot Wizard boat and motor runs good but seems to be lacking top RPM pulling power. I have cleaned out the carb and changed fuel filter. Also ran a carbon removal in it (seemed to help). news plugs and plug wires.

I have a FD21m motor I see an adjustment for low speed how do I adjust high speed?
Where can I find a fuel pump rebuild kit also for this motor ?

My small boat has a small motor it has the semi rectangle motor cover with Johnson 20HP Seahorse on end of cover (white in color). Electric start with the tilt up steering also.
Only ID I see is on need head a small quarter disk with the logo of a M and then these numbers J2618235
