    66 lark 8 impeller

    Is it possible to install impeller with fins spinning in wrong direction? I just put a new one in and its not pumping water I ran it with no termostat and still no go. It worked before I took it apart.

    upper pinion needle bearing in 66 40 hp lark 8

    while resealing lower unit the needle bearings came out, anyone know how many there are? I got 24 back in but it seems like theres room for maybe one more. thanks Bill

    Lark 8 shift problem

    I recently got this motor on 1959 arkansas traveler its a 66 lark 8 , when I shift into reverse the motor stalls out, in forward it seems to slip. thanks, Bill
