So I have a 2001 (i think) 40 HP EFI 4 stroke which is leaking gas at the fuel pump. There is what I would call a weep hole on the right side of the pump where gas is bubbling out. About 6 years ago this happened and when i took it to the marina they said that the ethinol gas caused the fuel...
