i have a alpha 1 on a 95 5.7 and was looking at new mirage plus props and found a used one for a bravo and looked up numbers on it says it will fit mine but thought bravo and alphas where different so do i need something special to try it with

at wot i get like 4200 rpm but if i try to trim up more i feel it slipping or blowing it out and it will rev more but go just little slower my question is do i need to go down to a 19 or just smaller dia or will...
when cruising down the lake at any speed my boat just looses power but can just go back to idle and slow down and then take off and fine sometimes for awhile sometimes not very long any ideas to check would be awsome
