Motor has not been run in 2 years. I checked compression around 75 in both cylinders. Which I know is on the low side. I have excellent spark. I tried new plugs. I squirted some fuel directlly into the carb and cyl. I tried starting fluid. The motor will no even make a pop. Other than the keyway...
