Well I was able to wrestle the transom out in one piece time to remove a little more hardware and then off to the soda blaster to clean it up for Gluvit and new paint! Can't wait to see it sripped...

This is how it looked after removing the rotten floor. Now time for clean up and figure out what to use to make sure the bottom is sealed any help would be great.

Man this is a great place to learn about what I just bought for only $100! So it begins what looks like a long fun process. I picked up is a 1964 Starcraft Jet with a 1965 Johnson 40hp. I already started the removal of the old floor and while it was wet and rooting I think I can salvage enough...
