I just bought an old evinrude motor. It has touchy choke, runs about a minute and dies. There is no air filter and the water is not pumping. Has good spark, previous owner said it was tuned last year, and it looks clean. Stats; Evinrude Fisherman serial 5524B-07272 5.5Hp @ 4000rpm range...
