Alright, so I'm "restoring" this jetski I bought.
I'm replacing the impeller. Is it really that important to use sealant when I replace the parts of the impeller housing assembly? It doesn't seem like i would need it because it screws together pretty tightly, and I have a feeling the yamaha...

I can get the engine to start if I spray starting fluid into the air intakes. Then I can start the boat no problem for about 20 minutes, then I need to spray it again.
