    I tried my best to sync the carb because replace the throttle arm with white roller . I had found it broken. I do have a manual but i dont thank its a factory manual.

    Sonic cleaner , carb spray, compressed air and used torch cleaner to clean all holes. To me carb seem super clean

    The model is NS18E2. The carb has been thoroughly cleaned with fresh rebuild kit. New coil,new plugs,new fuel lines, fuel filter. New throttle arm linkage.
