I've just changed my oil pump in my 2004 DF140 Suzuki outboard.
I was wondering if any of the gaskets are reusable?
I have the valve cover gasket which is rubber and the engine holder base which is aluminum.
Any of these 2 reusable?
Not trying to save money, it's just that...

A certified Suzuki dealer tells me that the motorcycle oil will work just fine in my DF140 and is the same as the Marine oil...I'm a little skeptical, however I can?t find any info that they are different?
I know the Motorcycle oil doesn?t mentioned ?FC-W? but anyone have any info...

In was winterizing the boat when I realized that my water pump is not working! Price to pay for putting the earmuffs on with no water....doh! It really only ran for about 30 sec and the engine wasn't that hot so i'm not to worries.
