This is driving me nuts. 1964 3HP JW19A. The problem is that the top cylinder is the only one that fires. Both coils check out OK. I have swapped coils, condensers, points, everything. It does not matter.
I am turning the flywheel by hand, and the top coil produces a great spark - no problem...
