    removing adhiesive from cowling

    what is the best way to remove the old decals and adhiesive from motor cowling?..it is a mercury optimax 200,,1999 model , most of the old decals are off but the residue from adhiesive is still there, need to clean it all off so i can put new decals on.

    Ranger trailer problem

    I just had new bearings,,seals put on my trailer,,on my way home the hub with the sight glass front came off on one side of one axle,,,went back and they re installed it,,,came off again on my way home....anyone ever had this happen? any suggestions?

    i have a 99 200 hp optimax...started to hesitate when giving full throttle,,then it would get on plane,,,changed plugs and it quit doing it,,then after a couple months it stared again,,you can give it full throttle and it goes to about 2000rpm then after anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds it picks...

    1999 200hp opti max..hesitates

    my 200 opti max will start fine but has a slight miss,, when giving full throttle to get on plane it will go to 1500 rpms and just bog,, but if i return to nuetrul and then give it throttle again it will get on plane and run up to 5200 rpms....used to jump out of the hole and get 5800...
