Thanks for the input yes I had the fuel pump apart diaphragm looks like a new, took the line off at the carburetter crank the engine and fuel was coming out really good , yeah I’m thinking of missing something on the carburetter somewhere I’ll probably take your Advice and take it in somewhere
Took carb off again cleaned blew it all out with the air compressor put back together still the same problem fires up after Enricher Solenoid is used sputters a little bit then dies

Anyone replaced a 1991 70 hp force voltage regulator 4 wire ,With a five wire voltage regulator off Amazon that has an extra red wire any thoughts would be great
