Whats best way to plug em up?I see a lot of stainless screws used.Can I use small stainless screws and bolt?Maybe with a little sealant or will it react with the aluminum? This is a 1964 Starcraft 15'. thanks dave

Just put a 2 wire trim on my 90 hp john,Have an older control box that has a 2 wire trim harness,can I use this control with modification? Info?? thanks,dave

Starter is out. if I hook a test light to terminal thet goes to starter and ground light it should show when I turn on start key,right? seems logical. thanks :(
Son just got this motor,last owner tried to remove LU.it is down about 1/2 " and stuck.All external bolts removed.any thing internal?ger shift etc.I,m familiar with JRUDES,Merc is new to me. Any help? thanks dave :( :(
Just bought the above,model E88mslccc, Can,t seem to find water pump etc.is this motor the same as some other model? even checked BRP site,no listing for lower unit or water pump. TIA dave :(
Say its not me but on appendix A-26,wiring diagram for the above motor they show a red 4ga wire going from -(negative) of battery to solenoid.Wrong.right? Thanks dave. :( :(
carb body cover(334050)has crack.I understand it was from poor design.I was told there was a redesign.does anyone know what I am looking for to solve this problem.Is there a replacement cover or does this require a newer carb?any info appreciated. dave<br />model E10REI.sn G02613888 :(
Just rebuilt carb.idle tube goes fromnozzel well to fitting on carb body. fitting on carb body is blocked.I could not get a drill bit thru it(not spinning)is this supposed to be.engine runs good at idle but will not speed up,but I beleive that problem is from a crack in the top carb body...
