My 1995 Force engine (after winter storage) has low power and rough running while trying to plane out and missing while running WOT, not getting to full rpm. I pulled and rebuilt carbs and replaced plugs, still same result. Checked plugs #'s 1 & 2 black ends and firing, #'s 3 & 4 clean like new...
