By the way - my outboard T&T has two hydraulic pistons and one small ram in the middle. Similarly to the motor and pump components, it seems like it doesn't match what I see in diagrams for this outboard - would it be easier to try and replace the entire thing to match the outboard I have or no...
Thank you for the input. I assumed the same that the pump is most likely ok - however the bottom part of the assembly where it sits on is completely corroded and is not sealed. I will have to get a new one for sure - you think i'll only be able to find one by looking for a pump or not necessarily?

Here's my T&T components off a force 120 (1992 most likely). It will raise the outboard barely but won't bring it down at all unless I apply immense pressure on it while I trim it down (T&T motor will spin though).
