    force lower unit

    I have a 1989 force 125 that is making a groaning sound when put into gear. Worse in reverse but still there in forward. Now it won't go into neutral. I got it home and drained the lower unit to inspect for metal shavings and there is a piece that the drain plug goes through that dropped down...

    Force 125 Trim Bleeds/ Lifts slowly

    First I'll admit I'm somewhat ignorant about outboards. I have an 89 Force 125 that the tilt up recently became very slow, then bleeds off somewhat quickly. Can anyone give some advise in this problem? By the way, no signs of leakage anywhere. Thanks
