I have a 1986 Sportcraft. It has a 170 h.p. 4 cyl. 2bbl. Sterndrive. I'm told that my bilge pump is not working and it is located underneath the engine. I'm assuming it is manual as there is a switch for it on my dashboard and it is 12v. This is all I know other than it will cost m at least $700...

I checked the oil the other day and I noticed that is was blacker than black. So I would like to change both the oil and the filter. It does not show me how to do this...
The floor in my sport craft is spongey(?) so I would like to either remove it and put a whole new floor in OR if possible resurface the floor with Marine Grade plywood and a fresh carpet. What is entailed to do either of this?
