    motor won't start

    I have a johnson 150 V6. i took it out to the river a couple of days ago but it never would start. all that it would do was spin the starter and the bendix assembly. the starter drive would not move up to engage and spin the flywheel. so I found out that the bendix was bad and bought a new one...
