Transom measure 22". I am going to move the batteries to the center console. I will find out tomorrow afternoon if the batteries in the back is the problem. Nothing but a couple of pumps in the hole. It is dry. drains work great.
I think it is just a steep angle into the water. Maybe two feet of hull is in the water when water starts coming in. Just not enough boat in the water to float yet. I will post pictures tomorrow of the transom and trailer. It is Chocolate Bayou so it is very calm.
18' Kenner with a 90hp on it takes on water when I am launching and loading the boat. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Trailer adjustment maybe?
Purchased a 18' Kenner center console and if you let go of the wheel it will turn right and keeps turning right. I adjusted the skeg and it made no difference. Any input would be appreciated.
