Productive day today. Removed the outboard, Popped the cap off, Removed the transom and rest of the floor in the rear. If keep working like this in gonna have to give myself a raise. I power washed the entire hull out and removed all the snarf left over inside. Anyways the hull is in the garage and in a place where I can control the climate (unlike the other boat I rebuilt) and get the new deck and transom built. More to come the fish really miss us and sharks too, so we need this little boat back to running condition post haste.
