I have a pedigree in modifying tools to get the job done...grinding off outer diameters of boxed end wrenches, taking an Acetylene torch and getting the handle on a wrench cherry red, with part of it in a bench vise and a pair of pliers or hammer to "tweak the necessary change in shape" is just part of getting things done. Harbor Freight has a lot of special tools and I have 3 roll around tool carts with tops and bottoms with their tools and my modifications......don't despair or give up....improvise.
I won't bore you with my background, but I have NEVER had anything of mine to a mechanic or dealer for repair and that includes Trucks including OTRs, boats, their engines, farm equipment and tractors and cars and I am 83, started when I was a youngster building wooden boats out of tomato crates and a hand saw and hammer.
