I've got 2.5 years and I can start drawing ss. My handyman work now is getting more limited with the rate my body is failing (and my desire to not work) so my cash money revenue stream will become wood working. Had my first shop class in 7th grade back in the 70s....

It was. No seasoning whatsoever. Seared at about 450* turned down the heat, cook till it’s 140 internal. Slap it on a plate.
