Help with replacing gaskets

Hello there! I am asking for some assistance with replacing what I believe are failing gaskets (see pics). I am very novice at engine repairs so I am not sure if I am in over my head. But I would like to save some money if this is doable. About the only things I do with my motor are replace plugs, drain lower unit and winterize. So any assistance would be much appreciated!

Here are the pics. Where do I begin? Is there a good video someone can direct me to?

Thanks!

There are lots of utube videos on replacing the seals in the gearcase. I assume that yellow stuff is gear oil?

I agree with Race....could be unburnt fuel and water. I put it on a vacuum for 10 minutes at 12 lbs.

Vacuum tool screws into the oil drain port.

That might be normal for a 2 stroke.----Pressure test the gearcase to be sure.
It did not leak like this until the other day... I've owned the boat for two year and I've owned a few 2 strokes.. never seen this before.. and it's still leaking in my garage!
