I always park the boat on the same spot on my driveway so I know how far the skeg is from the concrete, and this year after getting the boat out of storage, the skeg is a good two inches or so higher than usual. Same elevation in the front of the boat on its support.

I've calibrated the trim up so that it stops at 21 3/4". So trim up and trailer up work great, as does trim down except that it stops sooner than it used to.

Thoughts?

Yeah, probably but it's so tiny I don't really care to worry yet
I hear you, but some locales don't care about water pollution, while others take it very seriously, with serious fines. As an outdoorsman, I would hate to see an oil slick behind your boat on a pristine lake, especially knowing that you know about it.

But to each their own....
