Actually, what I should do is insulate the garage and put in a real AC system. That would make a huge difference. Hard to justify the expense though.

No, the Cost of AC is Cheap for the Comfort it provides. I would keep my house at 18C(64F) year round, plus have addition Dehumidifiers running(I like it really really Dry.)Actually, what I should do is insulate the garage and put in a real AC system. Soo... a few years ago I'd been thinking that spray foam insulation was going to be at least $4k, maybe $4,500.
If I had the financial wherewithal, I'd buy new and get on with fishing and my life.
