The sonar went blank. I ran troughtrouble shooting with them on the phone for ever. Then they told me to send it in. 40 for testing 440 for a replacement. They send me a newer model brand new. I guess.
5 time on the water its messing up again. Dies anyone know the replacement warranty
I can do a reset and its get to working. But im doing 3 resetting in 3 hours.
Im disappointed in the quality.

Whats the power supply like ? if your not getting proper battery voltage it might play up , specially if you have an erratic low voltage issue as the thing will work until the voltage drops .... even for a second . Also check the earth .
I would wire the thing direct to a battery and see how it goes .

Agree with Mc Tool, I was going to same the same thing. It may be a voltage issue. Confirm you have a good steady 12v supply.

What are you calling a “reset”?
Factory reset or a power cycle?
Network connected?
Same transducers on both units?
Have you done all the updates installed?

Certainly test your voltage (10.8 - 17 V DC) but power cycling typically doesn’t resolve a power issue. It will however resolve a power “spike or surge”.
